In February 2020, when the new coronavirus raged, in response to the Shenzhen government's call, Welmade decided to switch to produce KN95 masks. In April 2020, we invested a lot of labor and material resources, set up 10 KN95 automatic production lines, and established an internal laboratory.
Through hard work, the R&D specialist develop and break through the technical bottleneck according to the GB2626-2006 standard. The KN95 masks produced successfully and passed the inspection of the Guangzhou Inspection Group and reached the Chinese national standard. We began to meet the needs of the international market gradually.
At present, our production capacity is 500,000 wafers per day. We plan to expand to 1 million daily capacity in the second phase. At the same time, scientific and technological health products such as technology portable respirators, infrared thermometer, oximeters, etc. have also been accelerated and successfully put into production. In May 2020, Welmade has passed the SGS factory audit. In May 2020, Welmade successfully passed the audit of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Pharmaceutical and Health Products and became a member unit.
